Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays in Saudi Arabia.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
As a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, customs clearance, and courier performance.

3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns
  • Flat-rate or variable shipping depending on item weight and supplier

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear due to international logistics handling.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All applicable VAT (15%) and customs duties are either:

  • Included in the product price, or
  • Clearly displayed at checkout (if applicable)

Customers are not expected to pay additional hidden charges upon delivery.

7. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • High seasonal demand
  • Courier disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by external logistics partners but will assist in tracking and resolving issues.

8. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable recipient

The order may be returned or canceled without refund of shipping costs.

9. Split Shipments
Since we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.
